UNICEF JAMAICA goal is to help to fulfil the rights of every child.

We pursue this goal by partnering with stakeholders such as the government, non-governmental organizations, change-makers in civil society and the private sector to influence and improve laws, policies, and programmes which will impact how children access quality services. To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…

Minimum requirements:

Education: A University Degree in human resource management, business management, international relations, psychology or another related field is required.
Work Experience: At least two [2] years of relevant work experience in human resource management in an international organization and/or large corporation is required. Experience managing large-size recruitment campaigns for specialized roles or fast tracks is required. International Professional P&C experience at different organizational levels (Country Office, MCO, Regional and/or HQ) will be highly valued.
Essential Skills and Attributes:
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders across multiple locations in complex and/or humanitarian contexts.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with a clear focus on contributing to team results.
- Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment, combined with a high degree of self-awareness and the capacity to communicate with empathy across diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to listen actively and manage sensitive sit
Language Requirements: Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) or a local language is an asset
