TERMS OF REFERENCE

UNICEF Myanmar strives to ensure that adolescents and young people are not only heard but actively contribute as agents of change in both humanitarian and development contexts. To amplify these voices, UNICEF launched U-Report Myanmar in August 2016 — an innovative digital platform that leverages mobile and social media technology to engage young people, share information, gather insights, and promote positive social change. To ensure high-quality execution and strong alignment with global guidelines, UNICEF Myanmar seeks a consultant with specialized expertise in social media strategy, content creation, and digital engagement. The consultant will play a key role in driving U-Report’s rebranding activation, maintaining and enhancing its social media presence, and identifying innovative approaches to reach and engage young people on both existing and emerging platforms.
