The Consultant will submit a monthly report on the progress and completion of Outputs for the coffee value chain and institutions for validation, as follows: Output 1: Enhanced Project Visibility and communication Planning by 25 September 2026

Develop and submit a communications and visibility content calendar covering planned programme activities and key engagement opportunities.
Produce and publish a minimum of 15 high-quality photographs and 5 short videos/reels documenting programme activities.
Develop and publish a minimum of 12 social media posts highlighting programme activities, key messages, and achievements.
Ensure all communications materials are aligned with ITC/UN visibility and branding requirements. Output 2: Project Documentation, Activity Coverage and Visibility by 31 October 2026
Produce and publish a minimum of 15 social media posts covering programme activities and key milestones.
Develop at least 2 activity stories/feature articles highlighting programme interventions and results.
Document key programme activities through high-quality photographs and short video clips.
Maintain and organize a digital archive of photographs, videos, stories, and other communications materials produced during the reporting period. Output 3: Success Stories, Testimonials and Human-Interest Content by 30 November 2026
Develop at least 5 detailed success stories highlighting programme results and impact.
Collect and document at least 5 beneficiary/stakeholder testimonials in written, audio, or video format.
Produce and publish a minimum of 12 social media posts highlighting success stories, testimonials, and programme results.
Produce at least 2 short-form videos/reels based on beneficiary and stakeholder stories.
Develop and disseminate 1 project newsletter highlighting key programme activities, achievements, partnerships, and beneficiary experiences. Output 4: Newsletter and Coffee Sector Awareness Campaign by 31 December 2026
Develop, design, and disseminate 2 project newsletters highlighting programme activities, achievements, partnerships, and developments in Liberia’s coffee sector.
Design and implement at least 1 thematic social media awareness campaign promoting coffee as a business opportunity, with a focus on youth, women, production, processing, consumption, and trade.
Produce and publish a minimum of 12 social media posts as part of the awareness campaign.
Develop at least 3 infographics or other visual information products to support programme visibility and awareness. Output 5: Project Documentary and Media Engagement by 31 January 2027
Produce 1 short project documentary/impact video showcasing the achievements, experiences, partnerships, and contribution of the ACP Business-Friendly Coffee Programme to Liberia’s coffee sector.
Develop and disseminate at least 3 media/press stories or media briefs highlighting key programme achievements and milestones.
Conduct and document at least 5 stakeholder/beneficiary interviews or testimonials for use in programme communications and media engagement.
Produce and publish a minimum of 12 social media posts promoting the documentary, media coverage, and key programme achievements. Output 6: Visibility Consolidation, Impact Highlights and Final Communications Report by 26 February 2027
Prepare 1 final communications and visibility report covering the period from September 2026 to February 2027.
Develop at least 5 final impact/success stories showcasing the programme’s major achievements and contribution to Liberia’s coffee sector.
Develop and implement 1 final social media visibility campaign showcasing key programme achievements, results, partnerships, and impact.
Provide a consolidated digital archive of photographs, videos, newsletters, stories, testimonials, social media content, and media coverage produced during the contract period.
Provide a summary of communications and social media performance, including reach, engagement, content performance, and media visibility.

Duties and Responsibilities

The International Trade Centre (ITC) is a joint agency of the United Nations and the World Trade Organization for trade-related technical cooperation in developing countries. The Office for Latin America and the Caribbean (OLAC), as a geographical section of the Division of Country Programmes (DCP), is responsible for defining the ITC strategy in the region, either for individual countries or at the sub-regional and regional levels. OLAC is also responsible for coordinating all ITC interventions, including the work of ITC technical sections in the region. The Inclusive Agribusiness Systems Unit, which is under the Division of Enterprises and Institutions (DEI) is overseeing the technical coordination of the project using the Alliances for Action approach. The European Union funded project “Support to Business Friendly and Inclusive National and Regional Policies and Strengthening Productive Capabilities and Value Chains” Programme aims to complement the European Union support for private sector development in ACP countries, under the context of the joint ACP-EU Programme for ACP Private Sector Development Support, adopted by ACP-EU Council of Ministers in Nairobi in 2014, and is financed from the 11th European Development Fund. The focus of the project is designed to achieve two key outcomes: (1) adopting and implementing business-friendly, inclusive and responsible national policies and legal frameworks, and (2) strengthening productive, processing, promoting and marketing capabilities and value chains. ITC is collaborating with UNIDO and the World Bank in the implementation of the program. ITC is leading the implementation of the micro pillar level of the Programme, which focuses on two core themes: 1) Promoting inclusive productive and commercial Alliances and investment to strengthen VC governance and MSME competitiveness; and 2) Increase small farmers and processors value addition, productivity and competitiveness. Interventions at the micro-level aim to enhance value chain operators’ individual and collective competitiveness with specific attention to family farmers, agri-entrepreneurs and rural and urban MSMEs and processors. Notably, the action employs the Alliances for Action methodology, which is a market led approach that supports associations, improved productivity, and ecological intensification– cost efficient technologies, connections to markets, financial inclusion, diversification and value addition. DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Under the direct supervision of the ACP Business Friendly Programme Manager – Inclusive Agribusiness, the Consultant will be responsible for delivering measurable outreach, knowledge-sharing, and communication outputs related to the coffee sector. 1. Develop and implement a communications and visibility plan aligned with the objectives, activities, and key milestones of the ACP Business-Friendly Coffee Programme. Establish and maintain a content calendar and develop engaging content for relevant digital and social media platforms, including activity announcements, photographs, short videos, coffee facts, programme achievements, beneficiary voices, and key messages. 2. Provide communications and visibility coverage for key programme activities conducted during the contract period. Document trainings, farmer engagements, field activities, stakeholder meetings, youth and women-focused activities, and other programme interventions through high-quality photographs, videos, activity briefs, and social media content. 3. Identify and document beneficiaries and stakeholders whose experiences demonstrate the impact of the programme, including farmers, cooperatives, youth, women, trainers, and other relevant stakeholders. Develop compelling human-interest stories, testimonials, and impact stories highlighting changes resulting from programme interventions and disseminate them through appropriate communication channels. 4. Develop and disseminate a project newsletter highlighting key programme activities, achievements, partnerships, beneficiary experiences, and developments within Liberia’s coffee sector. Implement targeted social media awareness campaigns promoting coffee as a business opportunity, with particular attention to youth and women, as well as coffee production, processing, consumption, and trade. 5. Develop a short documentary/impact video showcasing the achievements, experiences, partnerships, and contribution of the ACP Business-Friendly Coffee Programme to Liberia’s coffee sector. Support media engagement around key programme achievements and milestones through press releases, media briefs, radio and online interviews, and human-interest stories. 6. Consolidate all communications and visibility outputs produced throughout the contract period and develop a final communications package showcasing the programme’s major achievements, human-interest stories, partnerships, lessons learned, and impact. Highlight the programme’s contribution to strengthening Liberia’s coffee sector and creating opportunities for farmers, women, and youth. Copyright Clause: The consultant has to ensure to have obtained the necessary permissions with regard to intellectual property rights required to perform their services under this consultancy contract and for the subsequent dissemination by ITC in any form. Documentary proof is to be submitted to ITC. Should any license fee be due for the use of copyrighted materials of third parties, the consultant shall request the prior written permission from ITC. Qualifications/special skills

Undergraduate university degree in in communication, social sciences, business administration, economics, or other related fields. Practical audio-visual training would be an asset.

Extensive relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of the university degree.
A minimum of five (2) years of relevant professional experience in radio communication for agri-business related projects.
Strong hands-on experience in implementing EU-funded projects.
Experience of working with international/donor organizations or in national development agencies.
Good knowledge of the institutional context in Liberia is an added advantage. Skills:
