How can you make a difference?

You report to the People and Culture Specialist for close guidance, training and supervision. You provide support to the supervisor and colleagues in the unit by executing HR services through applying knowledge of theoretical HR models, as well as understanding of organizational HR policy es and procedures.

Minimum requirements:

Education: Bachelor or equivalent (First Level University Degree) in human resource management, business management, international relations, psychology and any other related fields.
Work Experience: At least 1 years of relevant work experience in human resources, HR business partnering, recruitment, job classification, performance management, learning and development, talent management, HR data analytics, employee relations, diversity and inclusion. and any other related fields.
Skills: HR Regulations, Research, Organizational Skills, Planning, Communication, Information Technology,.
Language Requirements: Fluency in English is required.

Desirables:

Language: Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) or a local language
UN experience, NGO experience, Capacity building, Coaching,
Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts.
