                                                         TERMS OF REFERENCE

The purpose of this assignment is to provide technical support to UNICEF Zimbabwe Country Office (ZCO) in contextualizing and supporting the roll-out of the UPSHIFT methodology to strengthen entrepreneurship and livelihoods among Youth Community Health Workers (YCHWs). The assignment aims to contribute to the creation of an enterprising cadre of YCHWs who are capable of innovating and developing sustainable income-generating ventures including but not limited health-related solutions where applicable, to enhance motivation, retention, and performance in community health work, particularly in the context of limited or no government support.
