Result of Service
The objective of this consultancy is to develop technical analyses, policy documents, and communication materials advancing the work of GlobalABC Hubs and Action Groups and the Intergovernmental Council for Buildings and Climate (ICBC), as integral components of the UNEP GlobalABC team's programme. GlobalABC Hubs and Action Groups
- Stakeholder and membership mapping report, covering active Hubs and Action Groups, member organisations, workstream status, and opportunities for technical collaboration.
- Technical notes and analytical reports summarizing Hub and Action Group inputs on priority themes in sustainable buildings and construction.
- Background documents and briefing notes prepared ahead of Hub and Action Group sessions.
- Thematic input documents and written contributions to GlobalABC knowledge materials, including the GlobalABC Knowledge Hub and Global Status Report for Buildings and Construction.
- Analytical reports on emerging issues and recommended priorities identified across Hubs and Action Groups. ICBC analytical and intergovernmental deliverables
- Mapping report of ICBC member country priorities and a written review of the ICBC workplan.
- Country briefing materials and written analyses based on member country engagement.
- Needs assessment reports for ICBC member countries, documenting national priorities and capacity gaps.
- Background documents, agendas, discussion notes, and post-meeting summary briefs for ICBC technical and ministerial sessions.
- Progress reports tracking member country alignment with Chaillot Declaration commitments.
- Written contributions to country-level deliverables under the ICBC workplan. Performance indicators include the timely delivery of high-quality outputs; effective communication and coordination with national focal points; tangible contributions to stakeholder engagement; visible progress in advancing thematic deliverables; and clear tracking of member countries’ alignment with the Chaillot Declaration commitments.
