                                                         TERMS OF REFERENCE

To support the design and implementation of these hard‑component interventions, UNICEF requires a qualified technical consultant to undertake facility assessments, carry out community and stakeholder consultations, prepare construction related documentation, and advise on suitable implementation modalities.

The consultant will deliver the following tasks: 

  1. Site Selection and Assessment (Child Friendly Service Hubs and Schools) 
  2. Community and Stakeholder Consultations
  3. Development of BoQs and Technical Documentation 
  4. Market Research & Implementation Strategy Review

Minimum requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor`s degree in  Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
