Ensure<span> </span></span><span>appropriate storage</span><span><span> </span>of latest SOP is<span> </span></span><span>maintained</span><span><span> </span>and ensure<span> </span></span><span>record</span><span><span> </span>of staff briefing on the SOPs. </span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Supply Chain workplan & Risk Register –Work with the head of supply chain and heads of units to prepare the workplan and risk registers by supporting organization of the workplan and risk register meetings / workshops,<span> </span></span><span>Collati</span><span>ng</span><span><span> </span>inputs from all units, consolidating the inputs, circulate workplan & risk register for review and validation by head of supply chain, and file the finalized document.<span> </span></span><span>Responsible for<span> </span></span><span>maintaining</span><span><span> </span>the latest workplan & risk register, workplan and risk register review reports and any changes to the supply chain workplan and risk register.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Supply Chain reporting.<span> </span></span><span>Working with each unit lead,<span> </span></span><span>Collate</span><span><span> </span>and compile supply chain report from weekly reports, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.</span><span><span> </span></span><span>Proof-read reports, documentation, correspondence, etc., making changes in line with established guidelines where<span> </span></span><span>appropriate</span><span>. Circulate the reports for supply chain clearance and endorsement before publication.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Supply Chain Meetings – Working with the head of supply chain, schedule regular supply chain meetings including head of units, all Supply Chain staff meetings, inter departmental meetings, and external meetings. Maintain meeting minutes and an update of follow-up actions. </span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Delegation of authority – Maintain a list of delegation of authority, follow-up with all key staff to ensure all delegation is granted<span> </span></span><span>timely</span><span><span> </span>and any changes made to ensure<span> </span></span><span>appropriate staff</span><span><span> </span>have access to systems and decision making.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Follow-up on Key compliance requirements – Follow-up with head of units to ensure completion of self-Assessment checklist, completion of Business continuity plan, ED Assurance exercise, Audit and oversight follow-up actions, and the country office and functional risk registers.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Management of Supply Chain Travel plan:<span> </span></span><span>Collate</span><span><span> </span>unit travel plans, carry out<span> </span></span><span>initial</span><span><span> </span>logic checks against APP and approved supply chain operational<span> </span></span><span>plans</span><span><span> </span>and circulate for the head of supply chain approval.<span> </span></span><span>Follow-up</span><span><span> </span>to update travel mission execution and support with reporting on plan, execution and any changes<span> </span></span><span>required</span><span><span> </span>to meet key supply chain<span> </span></span><span>objectives</span><span>.
