Les candidatures féminines sont vivement encouragées.LE CONTEXTE ET L'OBJECTIF DU POSTE :Sous la supervision directe du Gestionnaire national à la logistique en charge des ateliers de réparation des véhicules du PAM en Haïti, le titulaire du poste assurera la coordination et le contrôle des travaux d’entretien et de réparation des véhicules légers, des camions et des groupes électrogènes du PAM dans tout le Pays.Il aura également la responsabilité de la direction et de l’encadrement fonctionnel technique de l’ensemble des mécaniciens du bureau pays et des sous‑bureaux.PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS (liste indicative et non exhaustive):<ul><li>Planifier les activités, organiser les travaux de réparations des véhicules et répartir les tâches entre le personnel de différents ateliers du PAM.</li><li>Réceptionner les véhicules ou générateurs, établit le diagnostic et définit les travaux à réaliser.</li><li>Suivre et planifier les travaux d’entretien et de réparation dans les sous‑bureaux.</li><li>Assurer l’appui et la formation des assistants administratifs à l’utilisation du système FMS (Fleet Management System).</li><li>Superviser et contrôler l’utilisation du FMS a Port Au Prince et dans les sous‑bureaux.</li><li>Superviser et contrôler la gestion des magasins de pièces de rechange.</li><li>En collaboration avec le responsable de la flotte et du garage du bureau pays, établir le plan de déplacement du personnel technique en mission dans les sous‑bureaux.</li><li>S’assurer du bon fonctionnement des organes de sécurité des véhicules.</li><li>Vérifier les travaux exécutés sur les véhicules et groupes électrogènes.</li><li>S’assurer que les essais des véhicules sont réalisés par le personnel technique avant leur sortie du garage et remise à l’utilisateur.</li><li>Veiller à la propreté de l’atelier et au respect des consignes d’hygiène et de prévention.</li><li>Garantir l’utilisation et la gestion correcte des outillages.</li><li>Veiller à l’application et au respect des procédures techniques.</li><li>Ouvrir , suivre et clôturer les ordres de travail (Job Cards) dans le système FMS.</li><li>En liaison avec son superviseur technique, assurer la bonne gestion des stocks de pièces détachées et lubrifiants.</li><li>Coordonner les inventaires des pièces dans le magasin.</li><li>Établir le programme mensuel d’entretien des véhicules et générateurs.</li><li>Assurer la gestion du personnel placé sous sa supervision.</li><li>Produire le rapport journalier, hebdomadaire, mensuel et annuel de l’atelier.</li><li>Fournir à la section WFP Service Provision les données nécessaires à la facturation des services rendus aux partenaires humanitaires.</li><li>Préparer les demandes de Petty Cash et les soumet pour certification et approbation.</li><li>Assurer la coordination et la compilation des demandes de pièces de rechange provenant des sous‑bureaux.</li><li>Préparer le plan de congés des mécaniciens.</li><li>Exécuter toute autre tâche liée à la flotte et au garage, à la demande du superviseur.</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS ET EXPÉRIENCEÉducation : Diplôme d’etudes secondaires, ou professionnelles en mécanique automobile ou dans un domaine équivalentExpérience : Au moins 6 ans d'expérience à responsabilités croissantes dans le rôle de superviseur de mécaniciens de réparation automobile.Connaissances et Compétences :<ul><li>Connaissance approfondie et expérience dans les réparations spécialisées de divers composants de véhicules, tels que boîtes de vitesses manuelles et automatiques, moteurs, systèmes électroniques, hydrauliques, pneumatiques, travaux de soudage, systèmes électriques et autres.</li><li>Excellentes aptitudes en communication et bonne compréhension des principes administratifs et de leur application, afin de répondre et de résoudre diverses demandes liées à la flotte.</li><li>Capacité à réaliser des analyses de base pour générer des rapports périodiques et formuler des recommandations pour des actions futures.</li><li>Aptitude à établir des relations avec divers interlocuteurs, au sein et en dehors du PAM, pour contribuer efficacement au bon fonctionnement de l’unité.</li><li>Expérience dans la supervision et la coordination des tâches des subordonnés, avec capacité à former et encadrer les membres juniors de l’unité fonctionnelle.</li><li>Capacité à travailler avec un minimum de supervision et à faire preuve d’initiative pour accomplir les tâches administratives dans le respect des directives et normes du PAM.</li></ul>LANGUES<ul><li>Maîtrise du
