Les candidatures féminines sont vivement encouragées.</b></span></p><p></p><p><b>CONTEXTE ORGANISATIONNEL</b></p><p>Ces postes sont à pourvoir dans les entrepôts du PAM. Les titulaires relèvent du Magasiner. Pointer les marchandises et aider aux activités d&#39;entreposage et d&#39;inventaire physique pour rendre la gestion des marchandises aussi précise et efficiente que possible.</p><p></p><p><b>PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS (liste indicative et non exhaustive):</b></p><ul><li><p>Pointer les réceptions et les envois de marchandises, y compris lors des opérations de meunerie réalisées en interne, et détecter les anomalies et les communiquer au ou à la responsable hiérarchique, afin de renforcer la précision et l&#39;efficacité de la gestion des marchandises dans l&#39;entrepôt.</p></li><li><p>Assurer et gérer le bon entreposage des marchandises et aider à effectuer un inventaire physique à intervalles régulier en suivant les directives et les normes établies, afin de contribuer au respect des procédures et systèmes de contrôle interne.</p></li><li><p>Rédiger des rapports de pointage précis, y compris en établissant et en distribuant avec efficience des feuilles de pointage aux parties intéressées, pour comptabiliser de manière cohérente et rapide les mouvements d&#39;entrée et de sortie des marchandises dans l&#39;entrepôt.</p></li><li><p>Superviser le nettoyage de l&#39;entrepôt après le chargement/déchargement des marchandises et la reconstitution des stocks pour s&#39;assurer que l&#39;entrepôt du PAM respecte les normes établies.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS ET EXPÉRIENCE</b></p><p></p><p><b>Éducation :</b> Achèvement des études secondaires</p><p></p><p><b>Expérience : </b> <span>Deux ans d&#39;expérience</span> dans la conduite d&#39;activités logistiques simples (pointage).</p><p></p><p><b>Connaissances et Compétences :</b></p><ul><li><p>Se montre capable de superviser les opérations liées à la chaîne d’approvisionnement et d&#39;en rendre compte, de façon à permettre aux équipes d&#39;évaluer de manière efficiente la performance et la pérennité des réseaux actuels.</p></li><li><p>Soutient les efforts déployés par son équipe en matière de planification, de prévision et de gestion des ressources, en collectant des données issues de diverses sources.</p></li><li><p>Rassemble des informations et des données fiables en temps voulu pour permettre la prise de décisions en connaissance de cause sur l&#39;établissement des rapports au sein de l&#39;unité considérée et, par voie de conséquence, de l&#39;ensemble de la communauté d&#39;aide humanitaire.</p></li><li><p>Aptitude à recueillir et à regrouper les informations permettant au PAM de prendre des décisions liées aux opérations en connaissance de cause.</p></li><li><p>Se montre capable de mener des activités quotidiennes relatives à la gestion des entrepôts et des stocks en respectant les procédures opérationnelles du PAM.</p></li><li><p>Fait la preuve qu&#39;il ou elle est conscient(e) de l&#39;importance de l&#39;assistance technique et de la coordination avec les parties prenantes clés et qu&#39;il ou elle peut mener des activités logistiques, en respectant les mandats de chacun et les priorités définies dans les programmes.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>LANGUES : </b>La maîtrise du français et du créole haïtien (oral et écrit) est requise.
